Working at PhoneTree and being part of the team for many years now has been a great blessing and important part of my life. The employees have a family oriented feeling and work together to make the company successful for everyone, and especially our clients. The CEO believes in and treats our teams as part of his own family. He encourages us to achieve our dreams and goals even within our personal lives, as well as professionally. He had the vision to create this solution to help people connect with each other (faith-based organizations, businesses, healthcare practices...) and has continued to enhance this vision and offer more features and services over the 25 years in business. I am honored to be a part of the PhoneTree family and look forward to many years to come.
Inconvénients
Some challenges we have experienced, as I would believe all companies may face, have been to appoint the right people in management that have been able to properly exude our company image, reputation in the industry and belief in our company vision and core values in order to lead our teams correctly. We now have a great team (maybe best ever) that does just this and we are excelling and developing more exciting new things than ever before in my tenure here. Super exciting things to come.
