Small, unorganized, behind in technology

As a smaller, family-owned business, I have gotten to work closely with all levels of management and ownership. The customer base is large enough that strong connections can be made, but not so large that it is overwhelming. Management does the best they can to accommodate schedule changes and personal circumstances.

There is not much opportunity for wage advancement or re-evaluation. Because it is a family-owned business, the smaller staff size leads to many employees becoming overwhelmed and unable to complete certain tasks.
