Bad company that is easy to hire and fire. High turnover due to resignation or termination. The CEO is based oversea which causes no control and governance of the management people in the SG office who can behave anyhow they wish. Bias management and normal staffs are too afraid to speak up. They said they welcome improvement, this is a joke. No money, cash flows problems.
