Avantages
- Remote company with trust based environment - People are empowered to take ownership and to try out new things - Small company without bureaucracy - Company is good on breaking features in small releases and constantly shipping value to customers - Team has a good seniority level, technical discussions are constantly at a high level - The company has 4 offsites per year, which helps to create trust and bonding between the colleagues
Inconvénients
- The WIP is sometimes high, which leads to features being delayed and context switching - As the company grows, more people are hired and more bureaucracy is added to coordinate them, the company needs to keep track of it to avoid unnecessary processes
