      Above law benefits (performance bonus, 30 days Christmas bonus, maxed savings fund, and maxed food vouchers) Growth opportunity with a well-defined path Lots of certifications and training courses are available Good work-life balance I'm a remote worker, so this flexibility is awesome Payments on time

      Inconvénients

      Payment could be better compared with US salaries, where most of the projects are located Day to day is client-dependent A lot of efforts and company benefits are focused on the USA and India If the project ends, you need to post to different projects internally to continue working there, instead of them assigning you to a new project
