      There's a real community culture within the organisation. Salary is fair if not slightly above market. Realistic expectations which you are supported to deliver against. Strong technology team. Major backing for robust parent company in BNY Mellon. Senior leadership are accessible.

      Inconvénients

      Discretionary incentives aren't what they could be. Old technology stack. (Planned for phase out)
