      Avantages

      Work when I want, good way to meet and work with prospective employers to help make an educated decision on where the next chapter of my career will take place... great pay with both 1099 and payroll options available... the team of people that operates this outfit are top notch! They are extremely professional and care about you as a person!

      Inconvénients

      You do have to travel (tho expenses covered), if relocation is a possibility for you just let them know and they will negotiate it on your behalf. They are well connected within the industry.

      Avantages

      Excellent work-life balance. Competitive pay. Company-paid insurance. Annual bonuses. Knowledgeable, engaged, and easily accessible team. Positive and encouraging environment.

      Inconvénients

      Small company. Business is dependent on clients' needs/demands. PCM culture is separate from culture at various client locations where almost all time is spent. No real upward mobility (the team is almost all PMs and CMs with very limited positions of higher leadership). Lacking in terms of training for onboarding teammates. Conversations about growth/development/training/pay/performance usually need to be initiated from the bottom up.

      Avantages

      Dependable resources and very knowledgeable in the many facets of the Food and Beverage industry construction envelope.

      Inconvénients

      None that I can think of that have not had a positive outcome.
