I’ve had the privilege of working with Periphery Digital for over two years now as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office Admin Assistant. From my experience, it’s a fantastic place to work, offering plenty of opportunities for growth. The company constantly strives to improve processes across management, operations, and the entire organization. Even when opportunities aren’t always offered upfront, I’ve learned that they give you the space to explore your interests, discover your potential, and work with you as you grow. What stands out most is how supportive the team is. While you do need to take the initiative and ask for opportunities, the leadership is approachable and open. They encourage personal and professional development, and it’s something they make clear even during onboarding. I want to stress that this review is based on my personal experience, and it’s not written out of bias. Throughout my career, Periphery Digital is the one place where I’ve experienced true growth—both in my career and in my personal development. It’s rare to feel such a deep sense of belonging and fulfillment in a workplace, and I say this with pride. In fact, I’ve never felt this safe in a work environment before. The team has become a kind of safe haven for me, and that sense of security has allowed me to flourish. Ultimately, how you thrive in a company comes down to your mindset, and I’m grateful that Periphery has played a significant role in helping me find my path in life. This is the first time I’ve felt truly fulfilled in my career, and for that, I’ll always be thankful.
