Hard work - Avis employé Forklift Operator Performance Team

Could sometimes be a little too strict when it came to using the bathroom. I get we are on the clock but when you got to go you got to go. Also they showed favoritism to women. They get paid the same with the same job title but don’t have to do any heavy lifting. It’s always passed off to a guy. I understand they are women and weaker but they shouldn’t get the same job title if they can’t complete the tasks required. They also were let out earlier than the guys while all of us had to stay hours later. They received special treatment. That’s not “equal” imo.
