      Avantages

      PFG was a great place to work, great people, great ideas. The pay was good. The President has a life spent in sales and it shows - good guy, poor leadership

      Inconvénients

      They are simply outgrowing their building and allowed staffing numbers. they want to add customers which I understand but they need to invest in their drivers and warehouse personnel
