The CEO will spend the entire year preaching about this illusive bonus that everyone is working toward, but you won't get it, even if the company makes money and you reach all of your own goals, because it is never enough money. Then the CEO will stand in front of the company, and tell everyone that they failed themselves, failed their families, and failed their wallets. Even though the company is making money. And don't plan on this company for long term employment. They have layoffs at least once a year, but promise every time that it is the last time.
