      Avantages

      The company prefers to hire from within, which has been great for me. The discount is good. Upper management has always been interested in seeing me grow and training me for more opportunities within the company - they are passionate about team growth.

      Inconvénients

      majority of staff were uni students and often store management placed wayyy too much responsibility and guilt on those people - casuals. There is a big tendency for store teams to have mean girl mentalities.

      fun girls, goodish pay, realatively easy retail job

      Inconvénients

      area manager was super pressuring, would give some of the girls such intense anxiety and gossiped with the area manager about staff, in the back room, which caused 2IC to walk out on the clock...
