The vision for the product is powerful and there is a talented group of high energy people working at the company. Strong marketing and design team.
Inconvénients
Good portion of the talent at the company is on its way out because of the desperate energy coming from management while the company hangs on during its last year of funding. Dealing with first time cofounders, the overall vision is solid but the executive team has little to no prior managerial experience, this is unfortunately felt throughout the organization. Not a team environment, little to no room for mistakes, lots of finger pointing to avoid backlash from cofounders. People are not people, they are #s. Would recommend waiting a year to see if company is still around before taking a position here.
