Avantages
not pressured atmosphere where if you socialize your way to keeping your job, it works. The base is comfortable and the added benefits of food ordering app (Cibus) is a great add on.
Inconvénients
This company does not promote from within and it is almost impossible to get a raise or a promotion. Quota was changed at least 3 different times during my tenure, and by the last one it was simply unattainable for me and my colleagues to even try to reach. For those who work remote or do not socialize as much, all can be good until one day you are fired with a seconds notice. During my tenure, I saw how the fired many employees in a way that went against their own words of not being part of mass layoffs.
