Inconvénients
They will stop taking responsibility for you as long as you stop being billable. They will not pay H1B people on bench -- which is clearly an illegal practice. You will hardly find anybody who is working here for more than 5 years. People who can leave, leave. The US office is mostly dominated by OPTs. Even if they file green card, they will not share the I140 approval receipt with you so it's useless. The company has very little capacity to get project on its own credit. They will hunt for people who are already billable resources at client side, ideally employees of Accenture, TCS, Wipro, Infosys etc, and hire them as cash cows. But when these very people get out of project, they are on their own. Almost each and every employee is being exploited in some way. The CEO is a worst fellow as a human being.At times he may use abusive words in one to one meetings. He has a typical Indian mentality of abusing people under you. He is the reason why you will hardly find people working here for more than 4-5 years at max. This person has one big ego.
