Love the cool work space. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed. Work with a lot of really sharp thinkers. We're all empowered to solve problems and deeply respected for what we offer as professionals. Kitchen is well stocked with snacks, bevies to keep us going strong, and beer on tap and wine for in house happy hours. There is great flexibility for vacations and sometimes working from home if you work hard. Haven't heard a no to any time off request. I've worked in more outgoing friendly places, but I think people greet or talk to each other here less because most everyone is often very focused on their work. I'd also speculate that half of the people here are on the Asperger's syndrome spectrum (myself included). Socially awkward brainy people isn't that terrible a thing to deal with though. A lot of Oasis and general Brit pop is played in the office, but anyone can play DJ and mix it up or wear headphones.
