I've been working at Pensar for just under a year and I don't think I'll be able to return to a conventional work environment. At Pensar you don't check in and check out, no one is watching your time; if you have somewhere to be in the middle of the day? Great, we'll see you later. You control your schedule because you're an adult and everyone at Pensar understands people have a life outside of work. Pensar clearly cares for its employees' well-being by offering very competitive pay and excellent benefits. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the beer, wine, and liquor available to us as well as monthly lunches with the entire group. The employees are some of the most brilliant people I've had the opportunity to work with and it shows in the deliverables and value we offer to our Clients. Though, don't let that intimidate you, there are no egos at Pensar and everyone is happy to offer their time should you need it. If you're thinking about working at Pensar, make sure you sign on early enough to make it to the Holiday Party, it's a blast.

Because we have a lot of fun at Pensar it can be a bit distracting. Time management is very important so you can afford to take a couple minutes to return fire in the event of a NERF gun war.
