      Avantages

      Close to home, other than management everyone is pretty nice to you.

      Inconvénients

      Company is run by three know-it-alls (each with an equity position, i.e. they have their own $$ sunk into the business) who micro-manage every aspect of their business, a business that is supposed to be an ESOP.

      Avantages

      At Peerless we are an employee-owned business. Meaning everything you do; all tasks and job-related functions impact YOUR company. The owner is YOU. It’s a very rewarding feeling to have a stake in the company and knowing that your work does makes a difference. Each department operates very closely, as we are a small business. There is a family-oriented feel amongst the different employees and departments. I can truthfully say this is a team environment where we all want each other to succeed.

      Inconvénients

      There is not much negative I can say about the company. Being an employee owner means you do need to concern yourself with how well the company performs both operationally and fiscally. That being said, this is a good company that constantly performs because of the people that work here. When the company does good, you do good.

      Avantages

      Weekends off 8-5 work schedule with an hour for lunch. You definitely improve your computer skills with this position.

      Inconvénients

      Big Brother is watching you. Everything you enter in the computer is seen.
