      Work out of your home office. VP of sales is a great person to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Team spirit between some office personnel and sales team makes it very difficult to do the best possible for the customers. Low base pay

      Avantages

      Management encourages a family atmosphere. Lots of long-tenured employees. Expectations are not too demanding. Co-workers and management are all pleasant, easy-going people.

      Inconvénients

      The pay could be better. Rumor is the company is in the process of being sold. Hopefully the new ownership will maintain the company strong culture and ethics.

      Goes by quick when there is work which is most of the time.

      Inconvénients

      Lunch should be 1hr minimum. You should be able to go home when there isn't any work.
