      Avantages

      1. Salary on time 2. Work to life balance 3. Yearly increment (In my case I joined the company in the mid of the year and though I got my salary incremented at the end of the financial year.) 4. Team outing policy. 5. Supportive administration.

      Inconvénients

      Not much to say as of now.

      Hybrid Model no other pros

      Inconvénients

      Less work life balance work is not appreciated very less appriasal senior employees are from starting , juniors get replaced , juniors blamed for everything,fake urgency created, no cultural activites, no outings , no off site , no additional thing , just salary,very less leaves,weekend and night duties with no compensation
