      Avantages

      Pathetic company to work with.. no support for new members ..You will be treated like you are a slave.Too small, too narrow minded owner,Says alot do nothing

      Inconvénients

      Cant even implement new technologies ,they are afraid.Boring Environment.Even if you are good in code you will find difficult to do the same as no peace of mind is there.Owner himself gives pity taunts.Leave? Dont think of it.

      Hybrid Model no other pros

      Inconvénients

      Less work life balance work is not appreciated very less appriasal senior employees are from starting , juniors get replaced , juniors blamed for everything,fake urgency created, no cultural activites, no outings , no off site , no additional thing , just salary,very less leaves,weekend and night duties with no compensation
