      Avantages

      Small company so lot of space for initative of own employees. Processes are not set in stone yet which makes it a very dynamic company.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of employee training and its a very horizontal organisation so not too much growth opportunities within the company.

      Avantages

      Depending where you work, the benefits can very good. Fun work environment.

      Inconvénients

      ING recently acquired Payvision, and with it has come a lot of changes. Old ownership is gone and a new culture shift has arrived. The structure of the company is changing as well. Things are in flux.
