      Avantages

      Company obviously made some pretty bad decisions with regard to spending. Most of the issues present were with executive Leadership. I had a fantastic district manager and she always trusted me to make decisions for my store, which I liked.

      Inconvénients

      Executive Leadership. Pay was low. Women were not promoted to Regional leadership positions very often.
