Avantages

I have been here for a while now and one of the best things is how much the company really listens to its people. It doesn’t matter if you are very senior or just starting, your feedback counts. A recent example was the feedback shared in Hawkvibes from many people about a very senior executive - and leadership actually read it, took it seriously, and acted on it. You don’t see this in many places. Compensation is also really good compared to other companies I’ve worked at. And the people are super capable and collaborative. I am learning from a lot fo them everyday.

Inconvénients

Sometimes it feels like we want to do too many things with a small team, so there’s a lot of urgency and deadlines can be really tight. But at least everyone is pulling in the same direction. CEO wants efficiency so there are restrictions over headcount.

-Quotas have increases by 25% across the company -Start up environment isn't for everyone but if you want to put in the work you will be rewarded
