Avantages
- in my role, you sold to existing accounts so “cold calling” - training was solid - benefits are great and pay was good if you’re doing well. I was making low 6 figures
Inconvénients
- your manager is going to make or break your experience here. In my case. My manager was not good and would micromanage me to the point I was getting called constantly even after hours / during my personal time - actively telling us to lie and mislead customers. I sold 401k plans and they trained us to not be upfront about what we’re selling - product itself had bad support - ever increasing quota expectations with less pay Ultimately my time ended here due to a combination of all those things
