Although our consulting positions are exempt/salaried, we do pay the equivalent of someone’s hourly rate for any billable hours over 40. A great way to earn money above an annual salary! Our Canadian employees have equivalent additional compensation opportunities and are paid in alignment with market standards for their positions.
