      Avantages

      * Great mission * Great, hardworking line staff (most of them anyways) * Great employee benefits * Little to no work life balance unless you the employee make it so.

      Inconvénients

      * In financial choke hold * Office culture needs redo. Obvious disconnect between management, staff and realistic expectations. * Bad press recently * Main con -- agency on the verge of closing. Currently transitioning to other agencies.

      Avantages

      Pathways was at one time one of the most supportive, exciting, fun, and welcoming places to work. They did fantastic work with an extremely difficult population and the atmosphere around the office was like one big family

      Inconvénients

      This organization is a sinking ship. Terrible administrative decisions made constantly and just total disorganization from top to bottom. If you want to be taken advantage of, pushed to your limits, and then fired for no reason--go work here. I wouldn't be surprised if the whole program closed down within a year. What a sad situation
