      Avantages

      Get to work with some great individuals

      Inconvénients

      Forced to work with unhelpful management and coworkers who do not enjoy their job and are cruel to the individuals. Even the higher ups running the company don’t care about the individuals they only care about the profit. Several serious issues went ignored just to save them some money or keep the cash flow coming in. They use the individuals as cash cows.

      Avantages

      Flexible schedules, including opportunities for part-time work, and no formal education requirements.

      Inconvénients

      Easily get scrapes and bruises from cleaning, moving equipment and using tools to fix things.

      Avantages

      Honestly great place to work. Management cares about staff. Plent of employee appreciation. We get Wegmans gift cards for thanksgiving and Christmas bonus depending on company profits. lunches and other perks given as well.

      Bonus and pay raises are based on funding and profit,
