      Avantages

      The benefits are amazing and flexible with taking time off. Good training documents and everyone that I’ve encountered have been really pleasant

      Inconvénients

      The pay + bonus could be higher to the cost of living/inflation Child care incentive - add stipend for childcare

      Avantages

      Nice office building and location. Some good employees. Challenging work.

      Inconvénients

      Extremely micromanaged! A lot different from what I came from where there was a lot of freedom. Low pay compared to industry. Feel like you are on call 24/7. Tax leaders are not good leaders and not good to work for. Not what I signed for.
