Avantages
Unlimited PTO, remote work, EOQ meetings in Colorado all expenses paid
Inconvénients
Terrible to nonexistent training structure .. which leads to micromanagement. The kind of micromanagement that requires employees to spend half their day revising the work of their coworkers. Unfair treatment between employees on the same team and of the same caliber. There was evident and explicit favoritism. Managers are not proactive about obvious problems and then take extreme steps when there's burnout. There is no focus on goals or benchmarks for employees to make progress in their role. Members of team would abuse PTO, leaving the rest of the team to pick up the workload, and then the team would get reprimanded when small errors occurred. Taking lunch breaks was looked down upon when other teammates chose not to. Employees worked on Sundays (which isn’t disclosed anywhere during the application/interview process) and those who don't weren't seen as dedicated. Work/life boundaries were constantly disrespected. Employees who resign aren't given exit interviews as employee feedback isn't valued. No chance of professional development. Overall toxic and unethical work environment. Turnover rate is high, I wonder why.
