Avantages
The list of pros of working at this company are endless. From the two weeks of training to the ongoing support you get from your direct supervisor and other co-workers. I couldn't imagine working anywhere else. PDG cares about their employees and making it a place you want to get and up and go to work to. Supervisors are always checking in to make sure that you're not burnt out or overworking yourself. Management is always really supportive with providing additional training and willing to explore growth opportunities.
Inconvénients
This isn't anything that the agency is doing wrong, but unfortunately there's not a lot of money allotted to these kinds of services from the state, so the pay isn't what everyone would expect. But if you love this work and see yourself going far in the mental health or healthcare field - this is a great place to be.
