      Inconvénients

      Physically tiring. Understaffed. Delayed transparency can cause confusion and misunderstandings between roles/staff. Work on open communication between all levels of employees/administration

      Has great benefits and starting pay. Wonderful Work/Life balance.

      Inconvénients

      In almost all companies there are workers you don't get along with or those that don't do the work. But that is mainly it. Little growth because people usually stays for a long time, but there is room once positions are open.
