Partner looks for ways to improve and innovate...being involved in some of the recent technology advancements has been awesome and exciting to witness firsthand. My favorite is the culture - the Partners are welcoming and care about supporting one another...including making an effort to prioritize employee well-being which is something I really appreciate.
