Avantages
Big, secure & free car park attached to the building. Occasional food related treats. Health scheme you can opt into for a small amount of private healthcare.
Inconvénients
Incredibly depressing, including but not limited to - the environment (no windows), the technology/software (clunky, feels like it’s from 2002), the long-serving staff, the pay, and the micromanaging and general lack of trust. Little opportunity for progression, this seems to only be an option for a select few favourites. Everybody else is stuck on near minimum wage - even the long-serving, 20+ years staff members. While the work is largely administrative, the pay still doesn’t reflect the work for many of the teams. No WFH And sorry, but a huge number of the SLT seem lacking in a number of social or business skills, and leave you wondering how they were able to progress up the ladder.
