The Controller talks down to employees.
There is no communication, but all employees are expected to know everything.
Any time a question was asked, I was treated like an idiot
All employees are looking out for themselves, not as a team working together
Management is unwilling to admit any errors
Women are told not to befriend the men, and are not allowed to talk to the women
