1) The Leadership team was a call away for career guidance , immigration related queries and consulting opportunities. 2) As a consulting company , I never had to worry about salary deposits and they provided a good 401k plan with company contributions. 3) Management and Lawyers are very helpful with immigration and green card application process. 4) Paramount encouraged employees to invest learning opportunities in emerging technologies. In the event of personal loss during COVID, they crowd funded financial support to employees of grieving families 5) Paramount was good at resolving vendor conflict and payment. They have a very good immigration team , never having to deal with any RFE.
