1. Future opportunities at other employers by leveraging the MTV experience. 2. Access to events and other professionals in the industry. 3. Opportunities to discover other creative peers, especially at the lower staff levels.
Inconvénients
1. Very rigid job descriptions. 2. Poor information dissemination outside of non-traditional word of mouth networks. 3. Organizational structure and culture which has become non-receptive to creativity. 4. Lack of transparency in organizational decision-making, expectations and objectives creates culture of fear and instability at staff levels. 5. Preference for an out-dated/nostalgic view of the audience, even in the way audience research is conducted.
