Avantages
Great brands and great people to work with. mtv, comedy, nickelodeon are all the best of breed and will be successful for years to come. most employees are thoughtful, creative and motivated which makes the work environment inspirational most of the time. the location is terrible and times square is the worst place to work, walk, breathe, etc. on the planet. the general environment is laid back and you can wear almost anything you want at any time
Inconvénients
Lots of politics and lack of vision from senior management. people are very petty . the office space is terrible on most of the floors
