      Avantages

      Some teams are working on cloud based and other latest technologies. 5G support is being added to their devices. Work life balance depends on your position and team. Juniors are well mentored.

      Inconvénients

      Not many customers and no roadmap for future revenues. Not very transparent about revenue generated. Salaries are very average in Pune for new joiners. Increments are not that great.

      Did not find any pros to work there.

      Inconvénients

      Typical third world country and toxic work culture. CEO talks about vision during all hands but I would suggest him to have vision first internally in the company that what is happening in Nashua office. Exquisite place to work if you are looking for free money but if you are looking to grow yourself with a career then terrible workplace.
