      Avantages

      I worked at Parallel for close to 2 years. It was my first job fresh out of university and it turned out to be a great learning opportunity. I was encouraged to exercise autonomy over my work so I never experienced any form of micro-management. Had a good work-life balance.

      Inconvénients

      There is no such thing as a perfect company. Your co-workers make or break the culture of the company and I was fortunate enough to have some really supportive coworkers during my time at the company.

      Avantages

      My time at Parallel Labs was very engaging and informative. The projects I received were challenging and the environment is one which encourages trying new things.

      Inconvénients

      I think there could have been more focus on research during the projects rather than jumping directly into the design aspect of it.
