      Avantages

      The hours were regular with only minimal requests for overtime, there was plenty of free parking available, and the location was conveniently nearby several low cost lunch options

      Inconvénients

      There were large discrepancies between what was relayed as work expectations through the Temp agency and what was asked once at the office. Management did not have an open-door policy at the time and due to key personnel losses, the expectations and responsibilities shifted from day to day with minimal to no notice or training.

      Avantages

      It is a very entrepreneurial environment Every employee at the company has an opportunity to make an impact Not only does Paragon care about their customers, clients, employees, they also care about helping the community through community service projects and fundaraisers

      None. I love it here!

      Avantages

      Great place to work, you are not just a number. I have worked with the company more than 8 years and have had many advancement opportunities. Great Managers, they don't micro-manage and they are very flexible when you need to work from home or have appointments. CEO has good idea's for diversifying - just needs to find those that will be able to accomplish those ideas.

      Inconvénients

      Some upper management want to do business their way instead of following process. That can make things complicated for everyone else. Smaller relocation company that a lot of large companies don't look at.
