Coworkers are like a family Everyone helps everyone, great team environment For the majority everyone gets along

Hosts and hostesses are not tipped out by the servers as is the case with many other restaurants, and it's a shame for the hosts who are not on salary.

I work with some really great people. I enjoy what I do, and my guest see it. I have learned alot about my craft at this job.

People are not held accountable. There is not a lot of structure.
