Avantages
If you joined years ago when they were growing, there might have been pros. Today, none. The dogs are pros if you like animals and it's a big selling point during the interviews because there is nothing else you'll benefit from while working at the company. CTO and Engineering is probably the only structured team that is moving in some form of a positive direction. The product is great but unfortunately positioning and presence is nonexistent.
Inconvénients
A biased headless chicken running around thinking they're better than the rest. GTM leaders are pointless and have caused more harm than good. Extreme bias for people that have been around for a while and it shows very quickly. There are certain team members that have no knowledge and no interest in working but somehow still exist in the company. There is more time spent doing social media content than actual selling. If you want to ruin your mental health, this is your place to be. Rules and regulations don't exist, it's all based on feel. Exist process is also terrible. If you say anything negative about them, it's always your fault. Unethical and unprofessional teams. Growth has been stagnant. Attrition rate is high. Smoke and mirrors when it comes to culture and growth. There are better companies in the city, state, country, in case you do want to be in SaaS.
