      Avantages

      Since it is a startup, the founder pops in twice or thrice a week to make sure everyone’s happy and that the work is going in the right direction. Co-workers were all young (20-30 years old) so the environment was quite lively.

      Inconvénients

      Deadlines were hectic, sometimes management wouldn’t communicate properly

      Avantages

      great work environment, friendly and professional. Timings are kept, transparency is maintained and professionalism is there throughout.

      Inconvénients

      Workload can change, not enough communication and teams are not well-coordinated. Responsibility is not taken by the departments.
