      Avantages

      Worklife balance is great, if you have something you want to do you can usually go for it (results may vary) I had a great team and manager. The pay was great for the amount of work expected. People are nice enough. I was really lucky with my team and manager which really impacted how great I found things.

      Inconvénients

      Outdated software, wider team is resistant to change and has a "this is how we have always done it" mentality.

      Inconvénients

      The leadership at this company is the worst I’ve seen in my entire career. The CEO clearly plays favorites these people get all the attention and praise. This year, one of the rudest and most inappropriate employees was actually rewarded for being “direct” during an all hands meeting. There are problems everywhere, and constant layoffs just to hit targets. The People team is honestly the worst I’ve ever dealt with and take forever to resolve anything.
