Once he leaves it will be the total opposite condition. If you want to be stressed out, work long hours, be called in to work if short satffed, drive long distance for long days of meeting, burnt out fast, be fake all the time, no personal life, having to consistently hire staff because of high turn over then this is the job will for you. Don't be fooled into working for Panda. At the end of the day, you will feel like a slave working long hours for minimum wage and not happy at all.
