Avantages
Panasonic Avionics is a reputable company, with that include 401K contributions, good medical benefits. The major product is equipment and software for inflight entertainment. The work environment is extremely fast paced and challenging. Most people work on multple projects/programs that have delivery times linked to penalities for late delivery
Inconvénients
Some of the downsides include insuficient people and equipment resources, which cause erratic project management and frustations, including a "put-out-the-fire" mentality. What project has the most visibility will get the most resources, leaving lower priority projects dangling until that projects priority changes.
