Avantages
None. Unless you are out of work and need it bad. Only good thing that I can think of is traveling and that is if you like traveling. I have worked for many companies but this is by far the worst company to work for in my opinion. All of my coworkers who left this company, got better salaries and compensation.
Inconvénients
Bad management, attitude towards the employees and compensation. Management constantly make promises to employees that it can't keep. There is no work/Life balance with this company. Employees are treated like slaves. No real prospects for getting promoted or other career advancements. Middle management is worst that I have seen.
