Inconvénients
Information however not equally extended to all necessary front line teams - inequality tends to occur when the company is expanding towards outside-japan sales, and is heavily dependent on front-teams for information. Top management is participative towards customers but only on superficial levels. Decisions like most Japanese culture tends to include long cohesive discussions and this may backfire in case of shorter cycles requirements.
