This is a very flexible position, which allows a person the freedom to work when and where they wish. The staff is friendly, helpful and prompt. Management is extremely helpful and always there to assist with questions or closing a client.

This position is most defiantly for self starters with an entrepreneurial spirit. It is not for an employee type mentality.

The product they publish is beautiful, was very proud to have contributed to the books. The building is big, spacious, nice environment. Training exceptional. I worked directly with owners Jolie and Brian who are extremely nice, approachable, friendly, knowledgable in all areas of publishing and always supportive. They have both been in publishing 15 plus years, are very hands on owners.

Compensation could be more competitive. Publishing time frame frustrated clients, it took a lot longer to publish a book than clients expected. Graphic designers seem rigid and not open to collaboration. High turnover rate in the graphic design dept. due to firings for huge mistakes.
